You don’t have to participate in sport to have an injury or feel pain and discomfort.

All treatments are tailored to the individual as I believe that it is important for the patient and therapist to work together towards a common goal.

This goal may be to find relief from specific pain and discomfort in addition to improving mobility.

Goals may be to improve sporting performance by aiding increased flexibility.  However treatments adapt and change as you and the therapist discover additional needs your body presents with in order to become more effective.

In addition to treating a wide range of aches and pains, I have experience of working with specific sports people including golfers, swimmers, cyclists, runners, racing drivers, kayakers, football and rugby players.
